Statement of Additional Information definition

Statement of Additional Information means, respectively, the form of prospectus and statement of additional information with respect to the Fund filed by the Investment Company as part of the Registration Statement, or as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Statement of Additional Information means with respect to each Borrower the Statement of Additional Information which must be provided by the Borrower to recipients of its Prospectus upon request pursuant to rules and regulations adopted by the SEC.

Examples of Statement of Additional Information in a sentence

• The Issuer shall make available to Distributors such number of copies of its currently effective Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information as Distributors may reasonably request.

• Except as otherwise noted in the Issuer’s current Prospectus and/or Statement of Additional Information, all shares sold to investors by Distributors or the Issuer will be sold at the public offering price.

• The public offering price for all accepted subscriptions will be the net asset value per share, as determined in the manner described in the Issuer’s current Prospectus and/or Statement of Additional Information, plus applicable transaction fees (if any) described in the Issuer’s current Prospectus and/or Statement of Additional Information.

• The Sub-Sub-Advisor will provide the services rendered by it under this Agreement in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives, policies and restrictions as stated in the Fund’s Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information (as currently in effect and as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time) and the resolutions of the Trust’s Board of Trustees.

• Manager has made available or will make available to Adviser current copies and supplements thereto of the Portfolios’ Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, and will promptly make available to it all future amendments and supplements, if any.

More Definitions of Statement of Additional Information

Statement of Additional Information with respect to the shares of the Trust or a class of Contracts, each version of the definitive statement of additional information or supplement thereto filed with the SEC pursuant to Rule 497 under the 1933 Act. With respect to any provision of this Agreement requiring a party to take action in accordance with a Statement of Additional Information, such reference thereto shall be deemed to be the last version so filed prior to the taking of such action.

Statement of Additional Information as used with respect to the Trust (or any Series), shall mean the statement of additional information relating to the Trust (or such Series) which constitutes part of the currently effective Registration Statement of the Trust under the Securities Act of 1933, as such statement of additional information may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Statement of Additional Information means any Statement of Additional Information relating to the Trust or any Fund filed with the SEC and any amendments or supplements thereto at any time filed with the SEC.

Statement of Additional Information means the current form of Prospectuses and Statements of Additional Information filed by each Trust as part of its Registration Statement.

Statement of Additional Information as used with respect to any Portfolio or Series of Shares, shall mean the statement of additional information relating to such Portfolio or Series, which constitutes part of the currently effective Registration Statement of the Trust under the Securities Act of 1933, as such statement of additional information may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
