Statement of Confidentiality is a statement from an employee, officer, staff member, temporary employee, or subcontractor of Vendor or Sub-vendor that the confidentiality of the information contained within DMV Records shall be maintained at all times and that Records shall not be distributed, sold or shared with any third party or used in any way except as expressly authorized by law. “Subcontractor” is an entity that provides goods and/or services to the Vendor who may have direct or indirect contact with Records while providing such goods and/or services. “Sub-vendor” is a business entity that obtains Records from a Vendor for purposes of distributing the Records to End Users.
