Statement of Resolution definition

Statement of Resolution means the Statement of Resolution Establishing a Series of Shares of the Company setting forth the powers, preferences, rights, qualifications, limitations and restrictions of Series A Junior Participating Preferred Stock of the Company, a copy of the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
Statement of Resolution means the statement of resolution setting forth the terms of the Preferred Stock.
