Statewide opioid settlement agreement definition

Statewide opioid settlement agreement means a settlement agreement entered into by the state and one (1) or more entities involved in activities related to the manufacture, marketing, distribution, dispensing, or sale of opioids in which political subdivision claims are addressed. A copy of the agreement, including any amendments thereto, must be kept on the website of the attorney general and reporter.
