Statutory Holiday definition

Statutory Holiday means a statutory holiday as observed by the City except Easter Monday;
Statutory Holiday means such day or days as may be designated by the CSE Board or established by law applicable in Ontario.

Examples of Statutory Holiday in a sentence

  • Statutory Holiday pay shall accrue at four and one half percent (4.5%) of straight time earnings, and shall be paid weekly.
