Stay Bonus definition

Stay Bonus means a bonus payable to any full-time employee of Sellers in order to give such employee an incentive to become an employee of Buyer after the Closing Date.

Stay Bonus means the bonus plan described in the Contracts Schedule.

Stay Bonus or “Stay Bonuses” have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(c).

• All compensation payable pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation severance compensation and any Stay Bonus, shall be subject to reduction by all applicable withholding, social security and other federal, state and local taxes and deductions.

Stay Bonus means the sum of an eligible employee's Base Salary and Bonus.

Stay Bonus. If the event that the Company enters into an agreement of merger with Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. or one of its affiliates on or before June 30, 2004, so long as Employee remains employed by the Company through the date of consummation of the merger described in any such agreement between the Company and Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. (the "Merger"), Employee shall become entitled to a payment of $475,000 (less any required tax withholding) from the Company upon the consummation of the Merger. The Company shall make this payment at the closing of the Merger or within three days thereafter."

Stay Bonus means obligations owed to certain employees by the Subsidiary, which for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to be US$100,000.

Stay Bonus means any bonus or other compensation offered by Viacom or any of its Affiliates and payable after the Closing to any Person that was a Business Employee or International Business Employee prior to the Closing to induce such Person to remain a Business Employee or International Business Employee through, or for a period following, the Closing.

Stay Bonus means the amount of the cash bonus payable to a Participant in accordance with the terms of this Plan.

Stay Bonus has the meaning set forth in the Retention Agreements.

Stay Bonus means the bonus to which a Participant is entitled to receive that is equal to the Participant’s Base Pay multiplied by the Target Stay Bonus Percentage.
