steakhouse restaurant definition
steakhouse restaurant means any restaurant for which: (i) the word “steak” or any variation thereof is in its name; or (ii) the sale of steak or prime rib is specified in its advertising or marketing efforts; or (iii) the sale of steak and prime rib constitutes thirty five percent (35%) or more of its entrée sales, computed on a dollar basis.
