Step-In Date definition

Step-In Date means 5 Business Days after delivery of a Step-In Notice;
Step-In Date means the date the Authority delivers the Step-in Undertaking; "Step-in Notice" has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
Step-In Date means the date on which Hospital receives a Step-In Notice from Agent.

Examples of Step-In Date in a sentence

  • In Undertaking‌ If the Authority does not deliver the Step-in Undertaking on or before the Proposed Step-in Date, the Step-in Notice will be deemed to have been withdrawn and the rights and obligations of the parties will be construed as if the Step-in Notice had not been given.
