Stock Account definition

Stock Account means the account maintained on behalf of the Participant by the Custodian for the purpose of holding Stock acquired under the Plan.
Stock Account means the account created by the Company pursuant to Article III of this Plan in accordance with an election by a Director to receive stock compensation under Article II hereof.
Stock Account means the bookkeeping account maintained for each Participant to record certain amounts deferred by the Participant in accordance with Article IV hereof.

  • Grantee shall have the right to vote with respect to all of the Award Shares which are outstanding and credited to the Restricted Stock Account as of a record date for determining stockholders of the Company entitled to vote, whether or not such Award Shares are vested in Grantee as of such record date.

Stock Account means a brokerage account as contemplated by Section 8.
