Stock Administrator definition

Stock Administrator means the committee appointed by the Board pursuant to paragraph 13 to act on behalf of the Board and administer the Plan.

Stock Administrator means the Company’s third party stock administrator or any other person or entity designated by the Committee to assist in the administration of this Plan.

Stock Administrator means the administrator appointed by the Board or the Committee pursuant to Section 15 to administer the Plan.
