Stock Appreciation Right” or “SAR means a stock appreciation right awarded under the Plan as provided in Section 8.
Stock Appreciation Right” or “SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under Sections 6 or 10 of the Plan that entitles the holder to receive, with respect to each Share encompassed by the exercise of such SAR, the amount determined by the Committee and specified in an Award Agreement. In the absence of such a determination, the holder shall be entitled to receive, with respect to each Share encompassed by the exercise of such SAR, the excess of the Fair Market Value of such Share on the date of exercise over the Grant Price applicable to such SAR.
