At closing, Legacy TWC employee equity awards were converted into equity awards with respect to Charter Class A common stock, after giving effect to the Stock Award Exchange Ratio (as defined under “The Merger Agreement—Treatment of TWC Equity Awards” in CCH I, LLC's prospectus filed with the SEC on August 20, 2015).
