Stock Compensation definition

Stock Compensation means any right granted under Section 6(e) of the Plan.
Stock Compensation means compensation payable in the form of shares of MetLife Stock, including awards in that form under the Long Term Performance Compensation Plan.

More Definitions of Stock Compensation

Stock Compensation means stock units granted under the Incentive Plan and the total of a Participant’s annual compensation that would be payable to the Participant in shares of Common Stock. Stock Compensation shall not include Cash Compensation. For clarification, Stock Compensation specifically excludes other equity-based awards, such as stock options, that an Eligible Director may receive under the Incentive Plan. To the extent any award of Stock Compensation deferred under this Plan is subject to vesting conditions, such award shall not be credited to the Participant’s Stock Compensation account until the award becomes vested.
