Stock Election definition
Stock Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.

Each Holder may specify in a request made in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3.2(a) (herein called an “Election”) (x) the number of shares of 1st Colonial Common Stock owned by such Holder with respect to which such Holder desires to make a Stock Election and (y) the number of shares of 1st Colonial Common Stock owned by such Holder with respect to which such Holder desires to make a Cash Election.
