Examples of Stock Election in a sentence
An Eligible Director may make a Stock Election to receive all or part of any or all of such Eligible Director’s Retainers in shares of Stock by submitting a Stock Election Form to the Secretary indicating the Stock Amount.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Stock Election may be superseded with respect to future payments of an Eligible Director’s Retainers by submitting a new Stock Election Form to the Secretary.
Participants whose ability to effect transactions is prohibited during such blackout periods also will be prohibited during such periods from making any Investment Election or Deferred Stock Election that affects the amount credited to the Participant’s Deferred Stock Account.
A Stock Election Form shall be effective only with respect to Retainers payable after the date on which the Secretary receives the Stock Election Form.
A Stock Election may specify the applicable percentage of the Fees that the Non-Employee Director wishes to receive in Shares or other applicable Award (the “Designated Percentage”).
