Stock Exchange Company definition

Stock Exchange Company means the Stock Exchange Company within the meaning of section 2(1) of the Securities and Futures Commission Ordinance (Cap. 24).
Stock Exchange Company. (聯交所) means the company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) and registered under that Ordinance by the name The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited;
Stock Exchange Company means a company licensed to establish and maintain a stock exchange under this Act;
