Stock Incentive definition

Stock Incentive means an ISO, a NQSO, a Restricted Stock Award, a Restricted Stock Unit, or a Stock Appreciation Right.

  • The Company may include on certificates representing shares delivered pursuant to a Stock Incentive such legends referring to the foregoing representations or restrictions or any other applicable restrictions on resale as the Company, in its discretion, shall deem appropriate.
