Stock Incentive Plans definition

Stock Incentive Plans means, collectively, any and all plans adopted from time to time by the General Partner pursuant to which REIT Stock is issued, or options to acquire REIT Stock are granted, to employees or directors of the General Partner, employees of the Partnership or employees of their respective Affiliates in consideration for services or future services.

Stock Incentive Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

Stock Incentive Plans means any stock plan or stock option plan authorized by the Company's Board of Directors prior to the date hereof and/or as permitted by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Examples of Stock Incentive Plans in a sentence

• Except as otherwise provided herein, the terms of the Stock Options shall be governed by the Stock Incentive Plans.
