Stock Option Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the fourth recital.

Stock Option Agreements means (i) the Stock Option Agreement dated the date hereof between Parent and the Company pursuant to which Parent has granted to the Company an option to purchase a certain number of shares of Parent Common Stock and (ii) the Stock Option Agreement dated the date hereof between the Company and Parent pursuant to which the Company has granted to Parent an option to purchase a certain number of shares of Company Common Stock.
