Stock Options definition

Stock Options means the collective reference to "Incentive Stock Options" and "Other Stock Options".
Stock Options means stock options, stock appreciation rights or similar awards.
Stock Options. To the extent not otherwise provided for under the terms of any of the Company's stock option agreements, all such stock options shall become fully exercisable as of the Date of Termination and, except for "incentive stock options" within the meaning of Code Section 422 granted prior to the date hereof, shall remain fully exercisable in accordance with their terms.
