Stock Powers definition

Stock Powers has the meaning set forth in Section 1.5(a).
Stock Powers means the instruments evidencing the assignment and transfer of any portion of the Teletouch Securities in such form as is usual and customary for the transfer of securities.
Stock Powers means stock powers in respect of the Sale Shares in the form set out at Schedule 7 duly executed by the Seller as the registered holder in favour of the Buyer (or its nominee).

Examples of Stock Powers in a sentence

  • In the event that new, replacement, substitute or additional Stock Certificates are issued with respect to existing Cooperative Shares, the Company immediately shall deliver to the Custodian the new Stock Certificates, together with the related Stock Powers in blank.

  • In the event that new, replacement, substitute or additional Stock Certificates are issued with respect to existing Cooperative Shares, the Servicer immediately shall deliver to the Owner or the Custodian the new Stock Certificates, together with the related Stock Powers in blank.
