Stock Purchase Plan definition

Stock Purchase Plan means the employee stock purchase plan to be established by Water Pik pursuant to Section 2.2.
Stock Purchase Plan means an employee benefit plan that satisfies the coverage and participation requirements of Sections 423(b)(3) and 423(b)(5), or Section 410, of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
Stock Purchase Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(d)(iv).
