Examples of Stock Repurchases in a sentence
Use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, whether directly or indirectly, and whether immediately, incidentally or ultimately, to purchase or carry margin stock (within the meaning of Regulation U of the FRB) or to extend credit to others for the purpose of purchasing or carrying margin stock or to refund indebtedness originally incurred for such purpose (in each case, other than in connection with Permitted Stock Repurchases).
Except for permitted Stock Repurchases referred to in the immediately preceding sentence, none of such proceeds will be used, directly or indirectly, for the purpose, whether immediate, incidental or ultimate, of purchasing or carrying any "margin stock" within the meaning of Regulation U.
The proceeds of Loans hereunder will be used by the Borrowers for their general corporate purposes, including without limitation, any purchase, redemption, retirement or acquisition of outstanding shares of capital stock of the Company ("Stock Repurchases").
Use the proceeds of the Credit Extensions for general corporate purposes not in contravention of any Law or of any Loan Document (including, without limitation, to refinance existing indebtedness, finance ongoing working capital, capital expenditures, Permitted Acquisitions and Investments, and Permitted Stock Repurchases).
Use the proceeds of the Loans or other extensions of credit (a) to refinance existing indebtedness, (b) to issue standby or commercial letters of credit and (c) to finance ongoing working capital needs and for general corporate purposes (including Permitted Acquisitions and Preferred Stock Repurchases) not in contravention of any Applicable Law or of any Loan Document.
