Stock Repurchases definition

Stock Repurchases shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.15.
Stock Repurchases means the dollar amount expended by the Borrower to acquire or retire any of its capital stock.
Stock Repurchases means repurchases or redemption by Parent of Common Stock and Permitted Preferred Stock.

Examples of Stock Repurchases in a sentence

  • Use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, whether directly or indirectly, and whether immediately, incidentally or ultimately, to purchase or carry margin stock (within the meaning of Regulation U of the FRB) or to extend credit to others for the purpose of purchasing or carrying margin stock or to refund indebtedness originally incurred for such purpose (in each case, other than in connection with Permitted Stock Repurchases).

More Definitions of Stock Repurchases

Stock Repurchases means the purchase by the Borrower of its Capital Stock as permitted pursuant to Section 6.12 hereof.
Stock Repurchases means Dividend Payments constituting the purchase, redemption, retirement or other acquisition of shares of any class of Capital Stock of the Parent, but excluding Employee Stock Repurchases.
Stock Repurchases means, from the period of determination, all purchases, redemptions or other acquisitions by MHI of any shares of any class of capital stock of MHI.
