Stock Sale definition

Stock Sale means a transaction or series of related transactions in which a Person, or a group of related Persons, acquires from stockholders of the Company shares representing more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting power of the Company.
Stock Sale means a sale of Common Stock to an Eligible Person under Section 6.8.
Stock Sale means a sale of Common Stock to an Eligible Person under Section 6.8 of this Plan.

Stock Sale has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Stock Sale means a sale by the Company’s stockholders, in one transaction or series of related transactions, of equity securities that represent, immediately prior to such transaction or transactions, a majority by voting power of the equity securities of the Company pursuant to an agreement approved by the Board and entered into by the Company.
