Stock Transfer Agent definition

Stock Transfer Agent means Computershare Limited or such other Person as may be designated by the Company as the transfer agent for the Common Stock.

Stock Transfer Agent means American Stock Transfer & Trust Company or such other Person as may be designated by the Company as the transfer agent for the Common Stock.
