Stock Unit Account definition

Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Section 6.4.
Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for each Eligible Participant that is credited with Stock Units in accordance with the Plan.

Examples of Stock Unit Account in a sentence

  • The Participant shall not have any interest in any fund or specific assets of the Company by reason of this grant or the Restricted Stock Unit Account established for the Participant.

  • The Company shall establish and maintain a Restricted Stock Unit account as a bookkeeping account on its records (the “Restricted Stock Unit Account”) for the Participant and shall record in such Restricted Stock Unit Account the number of Restricted Stock Units granted to the Participant.

More Definitions of Stock Unit Account

Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Article 12.3.
Stock Unit Account means, with respect to an Eligible Director who has elected to have deferred amounts deemed invested in Units, a bookkeeping account established to record such Eligible Director's interest under the Plan related to such Units.
