Stockholders’ Equity definition

Stockholders’ Equity means, at any date, the amount determined on a consolidated basis, without duplication, in accordance with GAAP, of stockholders’ equity for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date.
Stockholders’ Equity means, as of any date of determination and with respect to any Person, the consolidated stockholders' equity of the Person as of that date determined in accordance with GAAP; provided that there shall be excluded from Stockholders' Equity any amount attributable to Disqualified Stock.
Stockholders’ Equity means, at any time, the shareholders' equity of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, as set forth or reflected on the most recent consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries prepared in accordance with GAAP, but excluding any Redeemable Preferred Stock of the Borrower or any of its Consolidated Subsidiaries. Shareholders' equity generally would include, but not be limited to (i) the par or stated value of all outstanding Capital Stock, (ii) capital surplus, (iii) retained earnings, and (iv) various deductions such as (A) purchases of treasury stock, (B) valuation allowances, (C) receivables due from an employee stock ownership plan, (D) employee stock ownership plan debt guarantees, and (E) translation adjustments for foreign currency transactions.

Stockholders’ Equity means, as at any date, the Borrower’s stockholders’ equity on such date, excluding Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income (Loss), determined in accordance with GAAP and which shall, for the purposes of determining the level of Stockholders’ Equity for the purposes of assessing compliance with the financial covenant contained in Section 7.2.4 c.:
