Stockpiling definition

Stockpiling means activities conducted by a Governmental Authority or Public Purchasers to address public health emergencies by purchasing and maintaining inventories of Licensed Product for distribution and use in responding to such emergencies. Stockpiling may apply to purchases of finished or bulk form pharmaceutical Licensed Products or bulk forms of Product or Compound used to make such Licensed Products. For the avoidance of doubt, any sale of Licensed Products in bulk form or for a Clinical Trial may only take place if permitted and approved in advanced in writing by Pfizer.
