Store Account definition

Store Account means any account at a bank that is used solely for receiving store receipts from a Store (together with any other deposit accounts at any time established or used by any Loan Party for receiving such store receipts from any Store).

Store Account means DDAs established for the purpose of receiving receipts from a single Store location of a Loan Party.

Store Account means a service account for Partner Center, which includes a user name and password.

Examples of Store Account in a sentence

• Where any tangible property of the Authority, including Government Furnished Assets, but excluding documents and intangible information, is issued by the Authority in aid of the ITT, the Tenderer shall include that property of the Authority in their Public Store Account and it shall be treated in accordance with Def Stan 05-99 (Issue 2).

• Where any Property of the Authority, including but not limited to Government Furnished Assets (GFA), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Government Furnished Resources (GFR) is issued by the Authority in aid of the invitation to Tender (ITT), the tenderer shall include such property of the Authority in their Public Store Account (PSA) and it shall be treated in accordance with Def Stan 05-99 (Issue 2).

More Definitions of Store Account

Store Account means, for any Credit Party’s stores, the Collection Account maintained by such Credit Party for deposit of Collections received at such store.

Store Account means a deposit account established by a Store for the purpose of collecting Store Payments.

Store Account means, for each of Borrower’s stores, the Collection Account maintained by Borrower for deposit of Collections received at such store.

Store Account has the meaning specified in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Store Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.3(b) (In-Store Payments).

Store Account as to any Store, a local deposit account from which the related Loan Party receives cash for operations at such Store, that (a) is with a bank which is not then subject to any insolvency, receivership or other similar regulatory action or oversight, (b) has been disclosed in writing to the Lenders, and (c) if required under the Loan Documents, is subject to a Deposit Account Control Agreement (as defined in the US Guarantee and Collateral Agreement).

Store Account means a bank account maintained by the Seller for the purpose of receiving Collections, funds constituting cash sales of merchandise and other funds of any DTC Store.
