STORM Act State Hazard Mitigation Revolving Loan ProgramA new source of hazard mitigation funding will be available in FY2022, through the Safeguarding Tomorrow through Ongoing Risk Mitigation Act of 2020, or the STORM Act (P.L. 116-284).
