Strategic Equity Investment definition

Strategic Equity Investment means a cash contribution to the common equity capital of the Company or a purchase from the Company of common Equity Interests (other than Disqualified Stock), in either case by or from a Strategic Equity Investor and for aggregate cash consideration of at least $50.0 million.
Strategic Equity Investment means an equity investment made by a --------------------------- Strategic Investor in the Company in an aggregate amount of not less than $25 million.

Strategic Equity Investment means an investment in Qualified Junior Shares made by a Strategic Investor in an aggregate amount of not less than $25 million.
