Strategic Review definition

Strategic Review has the meaning specified in Section 6.20.
Strategic Review means the Company’s formal review announced on June 6, 2019 to evaluate strategic alternatives available to the Company. The Company finalized the Strategic Review with the completed September 2020 Recapitalization.

Strategic Review means the Company’s formal review announced on June 6, 2019 to evaluate strategic alternatives available to the Company. The Company is no longer in active discussions regarding a specific transaction at this time but is continuing to explore and evaluate alternatives under the Strategic Review process, including additional cost reduction and optimization strategies, improving efficiencies and eliminating redundancies, sales of certain assets, improvements to liquidity and leverage, refinancings and the sale of the entire business.
Strategic Review means a review and process that determines whether the Strategic Plan is still valid, reviews progress to date, updates key elements of the Strategic Plan, if deemed necessary, and proposes modifications in objectives and strategies if deemed necessary.
