Strategic Supplier definition
Strategic Supplier means those suppliers to government listed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/government/publications/strat egic-suppliers; “Subsidiary Undertaking” has the meaning set out in section 1162 of the Companies Act 2006; “Supplier Group” means the Supplier, its Dependent Parent Undertakings and all Subsidiary Undertakings and Associates of such Dependent Parent Undertakings; “UK Public Sector Business” means any goods, service or works provision to UK public sector bodies, including Central Government Departments and their arm's length bodies and agencies, non-departmental public bodies, NHS bodies, local authorities, health bodies, police, fire and rescue, education bodies and devolved administrations; and “UK Public Sector / CNI Contract Information” means the information relating to the Supplier Group to be provided by the Supplier in accordance with Paragraphs 3 to 5 and Annex 1;
