Streaming Device definition

Streaming Device means an IP-enabled hardware device used by a Customer, including a desktop or a laptop personal computer used by a Customer, which fully supports the Approved Streaming Formats.
Streaming Device means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled hardware device used by a Customer, Downloading Device including without limitation Personal Computers, Game Consoles, individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled digital television sets, Blu-Ray players and other similar devices, that contains an integrated Licensee-branded playback client, (ii) supports the Approved Format, (iii) is capable of implementing the Usage Rules, (iv) satisifies the Content Protection Obligations and Requirements set forth in Schedule B-2 and (v) receives Included Programs solely by the Approved Transmission Means applicable to Streaming Devices.
Streaming Device means Approved Devices that are capable of receiving a Stream of an Included Program.

Examples of Streaming Device in a sentence

  • Each Hardware-Based DRM Streaming Device may only be linked with one (1) single unique Customer Account.

More Definitions of Streaming Device

Streaming Device means Approved Set-Top Boxes or Target Devices that are capable of receiving a Stream of an Included Program.
