A Street Trader, or his Assistant, shall immediately remove any Awning on the instruction of an Authorised Officer or a police constable and shall, in any case, remove any Awning outside the permitted hours for Street Trading.
A Street Trader, or his Assistant, shall ensure that there is no undue obstruction of vehicular or pedestrian traffic whilst re-stocking the Licensed Pitch or loading and unloading Goods or other articles used for or in the course of Street Trading.
