The Town may reduce the Streetscape Security, in the exercise of its sole discretion, as the Streetscape Improvements are completed and accepted by the Town for final acceptance, subject to Section 13.07.150(c) of the Town's Land Development Ordinance for the Streetscape Improvements.
Not less than thirty (30) days before submitting a Streetscape Plan, Developer shall submit to the Agency Director preliminary maps, plans, and material cut sheets of the type listed in Exhibit E-B.
