Structural Engineer definition

Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .
Structural Engineer means a person licensed under the laws of the State of Illinois to practice structural engineering.
Structural Engineer shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Article 3.4 (g).
