Structural Work definition

Structural Work means any and all engineering, procurement or construction of the Facility or components thereof relating to the structural capacity, integrity or suitability of any load bearing elements or underlying civil work for any portion of the Facility.
Structural Work consists solely of the following:
Structural Work is defined as Work which involves in any material respect any roof, load-bearing wall, structural beams, columns, supports, foundation or any other structural element of the Premises. "Estimated Cost" is defined as the estimated cost of materials, construction and labor (including architects, engineers or other professionals), as estimated by a licensed Architect (or if not required to be estimated by an Architect, as reasonably estimated by Tenant), which estimate together with a complete description of the Work and all related work shall be delivered to, and such estimate and description reasonably approved by, Landlord and, as required by the Indenture, Lender, before the commencement of any Work. In addition to the limitations set forth in (1) through (4) above, Tenant agrees that all Alterations, Material Alterations, Structural Work, restoration, repair and any other work which Tenant shall be required or permitted to do under the provisions of this Lease (hereinafter collectively called the "Work") shall be performed in each case subject to the following:

Examples of Structural Work in a sentence

  • As to any Capital Addition or Material Structural Work (other than such Material Structural Work that is required to be performed pursuant to the terms of Section 8.1) for which the Lessor has granted its prior written approval, the following terms and conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly set forth in the Lessor's written approval.

  • Without the prior written consent of the Lessor, which consent may be withheld by the Lessor, in its sole and absolute discretion, the Lessee shall make no Capital Addition or Material Structural Work to the Leased Property (including, without limitation, any change in the size or unit capacity of the Facility), except as may be otherwise expressly required pursuant to Article 8.

  • The Lessee shall not be permitted to create any Lien on the Leased Property in connection with any Capital Addition or Material Structural Work.

  • Unless the Lessor notifies the Lessee in writing of a contrary election within forty-five (45) days of the Lessee's request, the Lessor shall be deemed to have denied the request for the Capital Addition or Material Structural Work.

  • Dual cells that contained zero error for a particular material are not reported in the charts.


More Definitions of Structural Work

Structural Work means any and all engineering, procurement or construction of the Stage 3 Facility or components thereof relating to the structural capacity, integrity or suitability of any load bearing elements (including foundation and piling) for any portion of the Stage 3 Facility, but excluding any Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor supplied steel or load bearing components that, in each case, are provided in a packaged equipment configuration.
Structural Work or "work of a structural nature" shall have the meaning that such terms normally connote in the construction industry. By way of example, alteration of interior non-load bearing walls and partitions (except party walls shared by the Premises and another premises in the Building), alteration of ceilings, installation of wall coverings, painting, installation of rugs, and similar work shall not be deemed to constitute structural work; alteration to any exterior wall, load bearing wall, wall shared by the Premises and another premises in the Building, roof, plumbing system, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system or similar work shall be deemed to be of a structural nature.
Structural Work means any work in connection with the erection, alteration, renovation, repair or demolition of any structure, bridge or building, and includes any railway line, road or irrigation, sewerage, excavation or similar work, but does not include any structural work on a mining location or farm which is associated with mining or farming operations thereon;
