Student Records. Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

More Definitions of Student Records
Student Records means all records relating to individual students maintained by a school, but does not include notes or records maintained for personal use by a teacher or other person who is required by the state superintendent under §115.28(7) to hold a certificate, license or permit if such records and notes are not available to others, nor does it include records necessary for, and available only to the persons involved in, the psychological treatment of a student.
Student Records. The parties may provide personally identifiable student records to each other in the performance of this agreement. Such records are provided pursuant to Section 1002.22, F.S., and 20 U.S.C.A. 1232g. Each party further agrees to comply with Section 1002.22, F.S., and 20 U.S.C.A. 1232g, including but not limited to provisions related to confidentiality, access, consent, the length of retention and security of student records. School district may provide 9th- 12th directory information to IRSC for the purpose of providing dual enrollment marketing information to prospective/current dual enrollment students.

Student Records means those “educational records,” as defined in subsection (a)(4)(A) of FERPA (as defined above), which the School or Connections is required to retain in accordance with state law.
