Students definition

Students means students, their parents, guardians or other legal representatives.

Students means the student and/or the student’s parent or legal guardian unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. When the complainant or respondent is a student, references to those terms also include the student’s parent or legal guardian unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Students. Union” (“Undeb y Myfyrwyr”) means any association of the generality of students formed to further the educational purposes of the institution and the interests of students as students; and

• Final billing will be based on actual Student attendance, but in no event shall final billing be less than eight-five percent (85%) of the number of Students identified in Section 1 under participation fee.

• If all Students for the Program Term are from the same District, District shall provide one school nurse or health technician.

• If the District cancels its reservation less than sixty (60) calendar days before its scheduled arrival date, the District will be charged for 85% of its contracted Student number, unless a state or local health agency issues an order or recommendation precluding Students from attending the Shady Creek residential Program, in which case the District shall not be charged under this Agreement and shall be refunded its deposit in full.

• If District notifies Superintendent of a decrease of Students attending less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the date of arrival at camp, the final Participation Fee will be calculated based on to the number of Students reservations identified in Section 1 above.

• District shall provide one teacher for each class of 20 or more Students at no additional cost.

More Definitions of Students

Students. Council” means the Council of the Students’ Union, University of Alberta, as constituted by statute of the province of Alberta;

Students as used in this agreement shall mean those individuals who are enrolled in the center and entitled to services as hereinafter defined.

Students means all students enrolled in South Lyon Community Schools, including those with disabilities who have an Individualized Educational Plan or Section 504 Plan.
