Students definition

Students means students, their parents, guardians or other legal representatives.

Students means the student and/or the student’s parent or legal guardian unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. When the complainant or respondent is a student, references to those terms also include the student’s parent or legal guardian unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Students. Union” (“Undeb y Myfyrwyr”) means any association of the generality of students formed to further the educational purposes of the institution and the interests of students as students; and

• Students moving in or returning from breaks may be required to undergo certain testing for health and safety reasons prior to and/or upon their arrival to St. Xxxxx at the request of the University before being permitted to access their assigned housing.
