Study Period definition

Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.
Study Period means the period of study of a program approved under the MTCUA that the educational institution considers to be the normal school year for that particular program, for academic purposes. The Study Period may include one or more academic terms.

  • During the Feasibility Study Period, Buyer may, at its sole expense, obtain a current survey (the "Survey") of the Property prepared by a surveyor acceptable to Buyer and Xxxxx’s lender, without in any way affecting the “As Is” provision of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Study Period

Study Period means the period during which data is available in relation to the current, representative water demand of an existing drinking water system;

Study Period. (as defined in Section 12.1 of the Agreement) shall be amended in its entirety to mean “the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending at 11:59 PM PST on June 24, 2016” such that the Study Period shall expire at 11:59 PM PST on June 24, 2016. All references in the Agreement to the “expiration of the Study Period” shall be deemed to occur at 11:59 PM PST on June 24, 2016.
