Sub-Committee definition

Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.
Sub-Committee means, unless the context otherwise requires, a sub-Committee appointed by the Council, a Committee or an Officer acting under delegated powers and shall include a working party or panel.
Sub-Committee means any other committee, other than the executive committee/ mayoral committee or committees appointed by the council or the executive committee;

  • With reference to Articles 8 and 15, a Sub-Committee of the Joint Committee on Rules of Origin, Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation (hereinafter referred to as “the Sub-Committee”) is hereby established.
