Sub-projects definition

Sub-projects means qualifying Tier-1 (or higher) solar systems to be acquired by qualifying Final Beneficiaries under the terms of Final Direct Loans under Windows 1 or 2 of the REF, or qualifying renewable-energy based mini-grids to developed under the terms of Direct Loans under Window 3 of the REF.
Sub-projects means projects financed with Sub-grants under Part 1 of the Project, selected, prepared, processed and implemented as set forth in the Project Operational Manual.
Sub-projects means, collectively, Sub-projects to be carried out under Part B.3 of the Project, and the term “Sub-project” means any of the Sub-projects.

Examples of Sub-projects in a sentence

  • The Project can be divided into various "Sub-Projects" (i.e., the current Sub-Projects under Clause 2.2 and future Change Requests under Clause 2.5).

  • For other Sub-Projects, LLC or the Eurex Entities, respectively (or the relevant Operating Party) and DBS will negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions of any warranties (other than those set forth in Clause 10.3) for the Deliverables and Services provided under such Sub-Project.

  • DBS will treat LLC and the Eurex Entities equally, and will treat the LLC Group at least as favorably as any of its other customers when allocating resources to new Sub-Projects.

  • The scope of work for all Sub-Projects is defined in Schedules 2.2.1, 2.2.2 and any Change Requests (see, Clause 2.5), and may be refined in appropriate document Deliverables once such Deliverables have been Signed Off (see, Section 8).

  • DBS will treat the LLC Group at least as favorably as any of its other customers when allocating resources to new Sub-Projects.


More Definitions of Sub-projects

Sub-projects has the meaning given to it in Recital (4).
Sub-projects means, for purposes of Part 2.1(b)(iii) and (iv) and Part 2.2(b) of the Project, eligible investments focused on inter alia land and watershed restoration, agroforestry, floodplain restoration and water mobilization, irrigation schemes rehabilitation, and delivery of appropriate mechanical and biological resources. For the Recipient, this means financing of climate-smart technologies on land and watershed restoration, soil fertility management and improved crop and livestock materials, as further set out in the PIM.
Sub-projects means any or all of the subprojects carried out under Part 1 and/or Part 2 of the Project by Selected Municipalities based on selection and eligibility criteria established and detailed in the Operations Manual; all in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
Sub-projects means the activities described in an application submitted by the Ultimate Recipients to the Initial Recipient, which the Initial Recipient has agreed to fund;
Sub-projects means any activity under Part A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement in respect of which a Micro-Grant has been, or may be provided.
Sub-projects means Part A Sub-project and Part B Sub-project, and the term "Sub-project" means any of such Sub-projects.
Sub-projects means the sub-project(s) selected, appraised, and implemented in accordance with the principles and procedures set forth in the Operational Manual, the Procurement Guidelines, and the EMP.
