Subadviser definition

Subadviser shall include any affiliates of the Subadviser performing services for the Corporation or the Fund contemplated hereby and the partners, shareholders, directors, officers and employees of the Subadviser and such affiliates.
Subadviser means any investment adviser to a Fund that does not control, is not controlled by, and is not under common control with, BlackRock and to whom BlackRock delegates certain investment management responsibilities.
Subadviser means an Investment Manager responsible either (1) for directly managing a portion of the assets of the Partnership in a managed account or (2) for managing a special purpose investment vehicle in which the Investment Manager and the Partnership are the sole limited Partners, members or other interest holders.
