Subadviser definition

Subadviser shall include any affiliates of the Subadviser performing services for the Corporation or the Fund contemplated hereby and the partners, shareholders, directors, officers and employees of the Subadviser and such affiliates.
Subadviser means any investment adviser to a Fund that does not control, is not controlled by, and is not under common control with, BlackRock and to whom BlackRock delegates certain investment management responsibilities.
Subadviser means any entity that is a party to or enters into an agreement with the Adviser and/or a Fund pursuant to which such entity provides investment advisory services to the Fund.
