Subcontract Work definition

Subcontract Work means any work undertaken for the purpose of the Project and performed by a subcontractor:

Subcontract Work means any work undertaken for the purpose of the Project and performed by a subcontractor: which has a total contract sum in excess of 20% of the Budget; or which has, or may potentially have, a material impact on the progress or performance of work on the Project or achievement of Outcomes; Material includes property, information, software, firmware, documented methodology or process, documentation or other material in whatever form, including any reports, plans specifications, business rules or requirements, user manuals, user guides, operations manuals, training materials and instructions, and the subject matter of any category of Intellectual Property Rights; Material Breach means any breach of the following clauses of this Agreement:

Subcontract Work means the goods and/or services which are the subject of the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise specifically stated, “Subcontract Work” includes any Subcontract Products.

Examples of Subcontract Work in a sentence

• Solar farm developers [Project Participant/ approved subcontractor for Major Subcontract Work/ subcontractor /other] Company A and B have solar farms in the region which will form the primary case study under consideration in this Project.

• The Subcontractor’s termination of this Agreement will not be effective until the Subcontractor has properly completed all Subcontract Work required under a Work Order that the Subcontractor accepted prior to giving the notice of termination.

• If Subcontractor fails to provide additional workers, supervisors, equipment, and materials of the required quality or does not otherwise comply with Xxxxxxxxx’x directions in such notice, Xxxxxxxxx may supplement Subcontractor’s performance of the Subcontract Work.

• Before commencing the Subcontract Work on a Project, Subcontractor shall deliver to Xxxxxxxxx certificates evidencing such compliance with respect to each applicable state.

More Definitions of Subcontract Work

Subcontract Work means the services specified in the Purchase Order to be performed by the Subcontractor.

Subcontract Work has the meaning provided in Section 2.

Subcontract Work as used herein below means and refers to the scope of work as described in a Work Order issued and accepted hereunder.

Subcontract Work means that work described in Option 1 or Option 2 of the Subcontract to be performed by the Subcontractor.
