Subcontract Works mesanthe works as described in Clause 2 of this Subcontract Agreement, and includes all the works undertaken by the Subcontractor

Subcontract Works means the works briefly described in the Subcontract Order including the Conditions, the Subcontract Agreement and any Appendices and documents incorporated into this Subcontract by its terms;

• All plant, equipment and materials supplied as part of the Sub-contract Works shall be new and of first class commercial quality, shall be free from defects and imperfections and where indicated shall be of grades and classifications designated herein.

• The term “Record Drawings” shall mean those drawings required to be prepared by the Sub-contractor showing “as installed” and other records for the Sub-contract Works.

Subcontract Works means the work set out in the Statement of Works and Materials (Attachment B) and/or the materials set out in the Statement of Works and Materials (Attachment B).

Supplier means an entity engaged by the Subcontractor to supply part of the Work under the Subcontract or Temporary Work, or both. Test means to examine, inspect, measure, prove and trial, including to open up any part covered up, if necessary. Testing and other derivatives of Test have a corresponding meaning. WORD / TERM / PHRASE DEFINITION Utility Service means any service, facility, or item of infrastructure, including water, electricity, gas, ethane, fuel, telephone, drainage, sewerage, railway, industrial waste disposal and electronic communications service.

Subcontract Works means the works to be carried out by the Subcontractor as more specifically particularised in the Order;
