Subdivision Agreement definition

Subdivision Agreement means an agreement required as a condition of approval for a subdivision application and which can be registered by way of caveat on the title of the property it affects;
Subdivision Agreement has the meaning ascribed thereto in paragraph 7(a) hereof.

Subdivision Agreement means an agreement between City and Developer regarding on- and off-site improvements relating to the Project, entered into pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act and City Law.
