Subject Assets definition

Subject Assets is defined in Section 2.2(c).
Subject Assets means, with respect to any Major Asset Sale, the assets which are the subject of such Major Asset Sale.
Subject Assets means, with respect to any Asset Review, all Status Receivables owned by the Issuing Entity as of the end of the Collection Period immediately preceding the related Review Satisfaction Date.

  • Failure to provide such notice within such 30-day period shall be deemed to constitute a decision not to purchase the Subject Assets.

Subject Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(c).
