Subject Indebtedness definition

Subject Indebtedness has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.03.
Subject Indebtedness means (i) Indebtedness that is outstanding in an aggregate principal amount the Dollar Equivalent of which is at least $40,000,000; or (ii) any Receivable Securitization in respect of which the Receivable Securitization Outstanding is at least $40,000,000; or
