Subject Period definition

Subject Period means the four fiscal quarter period ending on the Statement Date)

Subject Period means the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the Financial Statement Date. All Section references refer to the Agreement.

Subject Period means, as of any date of determination for any Person, the trailing twelve fiscal month period of such Person ending on such date.

Subject Period means the Monthly Period immediately preceding the calendar month in which this Settlement Statement is delivered.
