Subject Period definition

Subject Period means the four fiscal quarter period ending on the Statement Date)

More Definitions of Subject Period

Subject Period means, as of any date of determination for any Person, the trailing twelve fiscal month period of such Person ending on such date.
Subject Period means the Monthly Period immediately preceding the calendar month in which this Settlement Statement is delivered.
