Subject Well definition

Subject Well means each well (whether now existing or hereinafter drilled) on the Subject Leases in respect of which Grantor owns any interest or is entitled to any of the Minerals production or the proceeds therefrom (whether directly or indirectly by virtue of the effect of any farmout or farmin provisions or other provisions).

Subject Well means a Well or a Future Well, as the context requires.

Subject Well is defined in Section 12.12(b).

Examples of Subject Well in a sentence

• In connection with any such conveyance or permanent cessation of production, Grantee shall, on request, immediately prior to such event, execute, acknowledge, and deliver to Grantor a recordable instrument (reasonably acceptable to Grantor) that terminates and releases the Net Profits Interest with respect to any such portion of the Subject Interests or Subject Well, as applicable, to Grantor.

• Each such assignment shall identify each Subject Well covered thereby by name, location and API number.

• The Company estimated that the cost to dismantle its camp on the Fraser Bay Project would be $103,885, which has been recorded as camp removal provision in the statement of profit and loss in the year ended December 31, 2015 and included in accounts payable and accrued liabilities as at December 31, 2015 and September 30, 2016.

• Nothing herein contained shall obligate El Paso to drill or complete any Subject Well, to continue to operate any Subject Well, or to operate or maintain in force or attempt to maintain in force any of the Subject Leases when, in El Paso's reasonable opinion, such well or Subject Lease is not economical.

• Without limitation of the foregoing, prior to commencement of drilling operations on any Subject Well, El Paso will obtain a drilling title opinion or, in the case of a drillsite which is held by production, conduct such other title review and related due diligence as would be consistent with sound oil and gas field practices for the location and nature of such drillsite and related Subject Well.

More Definitions of Subject Well

Subject Well has the meaning assigned to that term in the Conveyance.

Subject Well means a Developed Properties Subject Well or a Remaining Properties Subject Well.

Subject Well means a Well and/or Well Location, as the context requires.

Subject Well or "Subject Xxxxx" means the oil and gas xxxxx described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time as provided herein.

Subject Well means any oil and/or gas well described in Schedule 14.4, whether producing, shut in, or temporarily abandoned, provided, however that “Subject Well” shall not include any portion of such Lease that constitutes an Offshore Legacy Asset.
